Verstegen Ground Meat/Minced meat spicy, easy mix for 2 portions. 100% plant-based mix made on a pea basis in combination with the tasty herbs and spices of Verstegen. By adding a dash of water and oil, you can knead your own meat substitutes. Rich in protein, iron, zinc and vitamin B12. Easy mix products have a long shelf life and short preparation time. They are already flavored, so all you have to do is give it a mix twist!

Add yourself: 125 ml cold water and 15 g (3 tbsp) vegetable oil. Mix the contents of the package with the water until the water is absorbed. Add the oil and mix for 1 min until the oil is absorbed. Knead the whole thing into loose pieces. Heat a non-stick pan greased with oil and fry the minced meat for 4 minutes until brown on medium heat. Stir the minced meat regularly and you're done.
