Packaging & Delivery

Deliveries of chilled products are packed in thermal bag with sealed ice packs. In this way the chilled products will stay cool for up to 6 hours. We can arrange delivery to your home/office on your preferred day and time.

Once your parcel arrive in our warehouse, you will receive a text and/or email. We will arrange delivery on your preferred day and time. You do not need to be home, but please let us know where to leave the delivery when placing your order. If you cannot be at home during the delivery window provided, you can inform the courier where to leave your order safely.

All orders delivered are left at the buyer’s risk. The chilled items are packed in a way to ensure it remains chilled in transit. Please transfer the chilled items immediately to a fridge upon delivery.
