Max&Bien Cheese truffle. Our truffle cheese is a hearty with a characterful taste by adding truffle and mushrooms. The cheese has been matured for 4 weeks so that all flavours have had enough time to develop. Even though the taste is quite distinct, it’s not overwhelming, and even a bit sweet. This also makes it a relatively hard cheese, that is easy to cut into cubes.
