De Hobbit Organic Smokey Seitan Gourmet Grill with Soy sauce. A meat replacer based on wheat proteins and appreciated for its delicous, meat-like taste and texture. Very easy to prepare: season to taste and fry in oil. Bake as schnitzel, in cubes, or in thin slices for pita bread, wraps or wok dishes. 

Ready to (h)eat! Preparation: - in the pan: fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides. Add the sauce at the end and let it caramelize briefly. - grill/barbecue: fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
