De Hobbit Organic Seitan. A meat replacer based on wheat proteins and appreciated for its delicous, meat-like taste and texture. Very easy to prepare: season to taste and fry in oil. Bake as schnitzel, in cubes, or in thin slices for pita bread, wraps or wok dishes. Minced Seitan is the chopped form of seitan (= a meat substitute based on wheat proteins).
