Jean Baton Mayonnaise. In our Jean Bâton Absolutely Vegan Mayo we have replaced egg yolk with vegetable ingredients. Furthermore, we only use ingredients that also belong in a 'regular' mayonnaise. This makes the Vegan Mayo just as tasty and creamy.
