De Hobbit Organic Natto. Specialty meat substitute based on cooked, unpeeled soybeans that have been fermented. The fermentation process splits the proteins and allows all the amino acids present to be absorbed by the body. Natto can be eaten raw or stewed with vegetables. Also delicious in a salad or soup.
